Hathway internet's DNS server sucks

FYI Hathway is ISP in India.

Yesterday I was trying out different cms for my website mayurshingote.com .

I observed that the website changes were not reflecting in my browser So I tried to open same website from the JIO network and it worked!

What I observed is that Hathway has it's own DNS server. I am guessing that they must be storing web cache along with their servers to reduce network traffic which may be the root cause of this issue.
